However, this mascara didn't smudge at all, even when I didn't check the mirror all day this summer. The fact that it washes off with lukewarm water is also a plus. I'm using it together with the DHC TOP COAT.
ConsIt takes a bit of time to dry, and the volumizing effect is not as strong.
