ConsAfter finishing the skin lotion, I checked on Hwahae just in case, and I feel like I got hit in the back of the head.. Haha I'm hesitant to repurchase it.

Not only the toner, but the entire basic skincare line is from Rahelei. The toner is already very moisturizing.
