It removes oil from the skin. So, the toner's claims are true. 'with...pore-minimizing Salicylic acid instantly reduces shine and removes excess oil.' -★- c: Therefore, this toner achieves its purpose~ oil control + pimple prevention(+intervention) When I use this toner after removing a face mask, my face feels very clean. Also, the texture of this toner is not sticky~ Compared to Hwahae's toner which is very sticky, the texture of this one is light~like water~
