It's not too runny or too matte, just right. I bought it in France and the color seems to suit all skin tones. Mine is the Runway Coral color.
ConsSince I'm using it well, I'm not sure about the downsides... If you apply it without exfoliating your lips, it can look a bit flaky.
TipIf you exfoliate your lips well and then apply a lip balm before this, it goes on smoothly and evenly.

Although it is advertised as a matte lipstick, it doesn't feel as dry as other matte lipsticks~c: The texture is also great. When I swatched it on my hand, the lipstick felt really smooth, like butter. ^^ And the color is so chic both in the lipstick tube and on the lips~ c: The faded green packaging reminds me of my mom's vintage Clinique products and seaglass.
