The firm formula doesn't get soft or melt in the summer. I used it for quite a long time. It's labeled as 98% natural origin, which gives a sense of being healthy. It was moisturizing. Some lip balms can be frustrating when you've used them up and can't push the product back up, but this one was very easy to push up and down.
ConsI found the strawberry scent to be subtle, but it may be a matter of personal preference. I just noticed the product is made in China... that's a bit of a concern.
