When applied, it absorbs quickly and leaves the skin feeling moisturized. The gel-like texture doesn't feel stuffy or greasy. It's great to use after your toner and before the next step. It's almost fragrance-free, so it would be suitable for those sensitive to scents.
ConsIt evaporates quickly. While it has good absorption and provides quick hydration, if you don't apply a heavier cream on top, it can leave a tight feeling. Be sure to lightly apply a richer cream, especially on the cheeks and eye area.

So I bought the water since it was affordable, and it turned out to be quite good. After checking the ingredients on Hwahae, I saw that there are a lot of harmful ingredients, but I haven't experienced any breakouts because of this. Thick creams tend to cause breakouts for me, but this one is lightweight and good. I use it both at night and in the morning, and it doesn't make my makeup feel heavy or cakey. These days, my skin has been quite dry, so this alone is not enough. I use it as a base and then mix it with camellia oil and Dr.G cream, and finish with an aloe vera gel.
ConsWhen I first applied it, I thought my face was on fire. It was so stinging that I got a shock. There was also a slightly irritating feeling. Applying the aloe vera moisturizing gel helped a bit, and from the next day, the stinging sensation gradually improved, and now that I've finished the whole bottle, I don't feel anything when I apply it anymore.
TipThis would be great for light and refreshing application during the summer.
