I've used this product honestly for 6 years. I sometimes wanted to try other mascaras, but I always came back to this one. I can proudly say that I've used over 10 tubes of it. As someone with sparse lashes, I consider eye makeup and lashes to be the most important. However, unlike my wishes, my lashes don't hold the curl well with most mascaras. But this product is the only one that can withstand it. I've also tried the renewed version of this product, using 3 tubes. It's true that it dries thinner and more neatly, and lengthens the lashes. However, I didn't feel it had the same level of hold and thickness as the previous version. This is a holy grail product for me.

While it has excellent hold and volume, it doesn't seem to lengthen the lashes very well. The more I layer it on to achieve length, the heavier it gets, causing the lashes to droop.

I apply just enough of this product to the entire lash line to achieve a good hold, then use the Rom&nd mascara in the middle to help lengthen the lashes. I find the Rom&nd one to have some fallout, so I lightly apply a layer of the Etude House one on top, which seems to give me long and sturdy lashes.

I bought this in 2018 and have been using the same mascara product ever since, up until 2024.

While it doesn't smudge easily, if you apply too much during oily seasons like winter, it can still end up smearing.
