At the right moment, it looks as plump as if it were puffed up...You have to apply it thickly for it to look as plump as if it were puffed up.

In reality, there was no actual plumping. My lips are quite firm, and no matter how much time passes, they don't get plumped up. When I wipe them, there are just wrinkly lines.

- I bought this to create a glossy lip look - It has a slight plumping effect - I use it more for exfoliating my lips than as a lip plumper. - Since I apply it over a red lipstick, the product inevitably gets stained with the lip color, and I have to dip it in the solution. It's a bit unsanitary and difficult to clean. I might try wiping my lips with a tissue first before applying it - The plumping effect isn't very dramatic. I was hoping for a '3D' look, but it just makes my natural lips a bit more pronounced, like when I eat something spicy - Wearing it makes me self-conscious when speaking, as my lips feel thick and heavy. I end up just rubbing it off and applying a tinted lip product instead

- This is the best for softening lip flakes! Apply it before bed the night before, and when you wake up, your lips will be smooth and moisturized :)
