ConsIt's a mascara that doesn't function as a mascara. I don't know if they tested it before releasing it. It doesn't apply well. I bought it on sale, but like the other reviewer said, it's more like brushing your eyelashes with a comb rather than applying mascara. The mascara liquid isn't even dry, but it just doesn't apply at all. I threw it away in frustration.
