Applying a gloss on top works well. It's not as thick and heavy as a lip gloss. The color is very light, so you can apply it generously. Most importantly, the case and applicator are cute and adorable, making it worth collecting.
ConsIt only has value as a collectible. The lasting power is just so-so. The other colors may be different, so be sure to test it. Personally, I got hooked on the packaging but barely use it.

ConsI'm not sure if it's because I don't know how to use it properly, but the color is too light when actually applied, so it doesn't show up well, so I'm not sure if it's that good.
