It seems like it would be great for cool-toned skin.
ConsIt clings to flaky skin, and if you don't exfoliate, it can get really messy. That said, it clumps up a lot on the lips. It's also super soft and fragile, so just lightly dabbing it on makes it crumble... I just bought it today and I'm already feeling overwhelmed. The value for money is really poor.

It's really moisturizing ㅠㅠ As a tinted lip balm, it has a light baby pink color :D It also has a subtle, sweet peach scent! It applies creamy and smoothly♡
ConsThe ingredients are really disappointing ㅠㅜㅠㅠ But I personally didn't have any issues....
