I usually just lightly apply body mist or body lotion during the summer. But despite being an oil, this absorbs incredibly quickly and leaves no sticky residue - it's so lightweight and comfortable. I don't feel weighed down at all, which is perfect for summer. Highly recommended!! The fragrance is also lovely, subtle enough that you could even use it as a light perfume substitute.

I haven't really found any downsides yet. The only thing is that it feels a bit pricey for the amount you get. It would be great if the price was a bit more affordable.
