This can be both an advantage and a disadvantage. The fragrance also suits the autumn season.
ConsIf applied when the skin is too dry, the coating ingredients are already on the skin surface, which can cause an uncomfortable itchy feeling inside the skin. I would recommend applying it after replenishing some moisture.
