But nowadays, cool-toned products don't sell well, so they don't come out as often. This palette is one of the early products. While the pan colors look a bit warm, when swatched, they are actually quite cool, so you can consider the entire palette to be cool-toned. I got this secondhand, but it's definitely worth keeping in your collection.
ConsIt has a lot of powder kick-up, but the color payoff is decent, so you just need to apply it carefully.
