I like matte lipsticks, but I'm the type who has a constant cuticle meltdown party morning and night, so the moisturizing formula is effective in calming the cuticles. It applies smoothly and sticks to the lips. It looks good when applied lightly on bare skin, and it's also pretty when the makeup is fully applied. The color is really clear, but it's not light, it's a classic deep red. Chanel seems to be good at creating reds, as much as they love the color.

The formula is smooth, the core is thin, and the product itself is lightweight, so it gets used up really quickly. You can see it wearing down fast. It also disappears quickly from the lips - the lasting power is terrible. As a glossy type, there's not much that can be done about that, haha. Whenever I drink or eat, it's 100% gone and flies off my lips.
