ConsDue to the ingredients, I give it 3 stars. The main ingredients are purified water and glycerin, so it's not particularly effective for problem skin.
TipI have been managing my skin by consistently using centella, calendula, and aloe vera extracts to soothe it, and recently I have been applying the Phyterra Essence after cleansing and then using this product before going to bed.

I use it daily without much burden, and the amount is quite a lot, so I'm using it well.
ConsSince it's a sleeping pack, the immediate effects may not be as noticeable as sheet masks. However, the ingredients are good, and using it daily has definitely strengthened my skin barrier.
