Among the bruise creams I've used, the one that worked the best was this one. A red bruise came up, and after applying it and falling asleep, I woke up the next day to find the bruise had turned yellow in parts. I really felt the effects working quickly. I've tried various treatments, including bruise creams and swelling creams, but the Auri Dum one works the best. The texture is easy to apply and absorbs well. It doesn't leave a greasy feeling and absorbs quickly without being sticky. It also absorbs well when applied over other skincare products.

Since it is a bruise cream, it doesn't provide much deep hydration.

This product has excellent absorbency. It's more like an ointment than a typical cosmetic, so I even remember buying it from a pharmacy. Compared to similar types of bruise creams, this one seemed to be more effective.

Since it contains ingredients for exfoliating, applying a large amount at once can be a bit stinging. And despite the great absorbency, you shouldn't use it for moisturizing or hydrating purposes - you'll need to apply a separate moisturizer cream for that.

I think I applied it several times a day if needed, without being limited by the frequency. I'm not sure if this really helped speed up the healing, but it did give me a psychological sense of the treatment working better.
