I've been using this for over 2 years, and the Plus version seems even better. It really helps prevent blackheads from forming, and my pores look much cleaner when I use it. It gives a deep, squeaky-clean feeling with no residue left behind.

If you let it sit on your face for a while after applying, it can sting a bit. It can also make your skin feel dry right after washing, so be sure to moisturize immediately after.

If I skip using this for just a week, I start getting those black dots on my nose again, and my skin feels bumpy when I touch it. But if I use it daily, that never happens. In the winter, when my skin is drier, I like to just use this at night and then use a more moisturizing cleansing foam in the morning.

Lather it up like soap on your nose, under your mouth, and between your eyebrows! You need to keep massaging it until the black turns to a grayish color! Then, rinse it off. Effects? The whiteheads do seem to disappear, but I'm not sure about the blackheads... Some of them do go away, but the deeply rooted ones seem to remain. However, it does make my skin feel smoother and more supple after use, even if it doesn't completely clear out all the blackheads. Scent? It has a strong soap-like and cleansing scent. Skin after use? Since it contains surfactants, it can be drying. Be sure to moisturize well after use! I've heard that when the skin gets too dry, it can overcompensate by producing more oil, disrupting the skin's balance. So, be sure to apply your basic skincare products right after!

Avoid using on sensitive areas! One day, I tried using the Lubba all over my face, just like a blogger I saw. But the next day, I broke out in small bumps! I was really shocked and didn't use it for a while. But thinking about it, it's probably because it's quite harsh on the skin. I recommend avoiding use around the sensitive areas like the corners of your mouth or areas you find to be dry. However, even pore strips can be more irritating, so this might be the best you can do... I just wish I could live in a world without any sebum!
