  Due to my full eyelids and abundant under-eye bags, my eye makeup tends to smear easily, and I often end up looking like a raccoon by the afternoon. This product is perfect for me. I've tried all kinds of eyeliners. I've experimented with various formulas from different brands, but I always end up reverting to the Guerlain eyeliner I've been using since my thirties. Even when new products are released, I still can't help but take a peek and give them a try. But this liquid eyeliner is a staple on my vanity. I've been using a deep brown shade for over 20 years, and the recently reformulated version seems to have a slight shimmer to it (though it's not overly noticeable to me, a long-time user). The formula has also become a bit thicker, which I feel has improved its longevity. It also doesn't smear much when I use a brow pencil to fill in my waterline or blend it with an eyeshadow brush, making it easy to layer or blend with other eyeliner products.
