I use it in conjunction with a bar soap shampoo, and when my scalp starts to feel stiff and itchy from the bar soap, I switch to this shampoo. This shampoo itself doesn't make my hair feel super soft and silky, but the ingredients are gentle, and the price is reasonable ;)
ConsYou have to purchase it from iHerb, and the packaging may be a bit inconvenient. But the shampoo itself was not a problem.

ConsThe conditioner doesn't flow out well, so you have to open the lid and shake it out when about half is used, which is a bit disappointing.
