I bought it thinking it was a summer cool-toned eyeshadow, but it doesn't seem to be optimized for summer cool light tones. When applied alone on the eyelid, the color payoff feels a bit muddy and makes the complexion look darker. Compared to the Laura Mercier Cashmere, the color payoff seems to have more of an orange undertone in my eyes. However, if you layer a lot of the bright base color and mix it with a white-toned eyeshadow, the brightening effect is quite nice, and it seems to work well for filling in the triangle area. Pros: 1. Incredible color payoff The color payoff is really impressive with just a light application. Those of us with summer cool light tones who find the color payoff too intense may want to use only a small amount. 2. Good adhesion and longevity The adhesion is excellent, and the longevity is quite good as well. Once applied, it stays on almost unchanged until you remove your makeup. 3. Has a subtle shimmer There is a slight shimmer, so it has a less matte appearance than a completely matte eyeshadow. With careful application, you can create an eye look with a nice, atmospheric vibe.

Downside: There is some powder fallout. While it's much less than the Laura Mercier product, there is still some powder fallout. Every time I use a brush to apply it, there is significant fallout, so I have to shake it off a few times before use.

The product has good quality and good lasting power, and it seems like it would suit you well.

Personally, I don't think it suits me. From Macstova, I get a slightly faded yellow tone, so even though I'm cool-toned, it's a shame that it doesn't suit me personally.
