I was worried about using the cool shampoo for the first time, but it seems to be good. It's not too much and the moderate fizzy feeling is not bad. There is a peppermint candy scent in the shampoo. The oil removal seems to be quite effective (average to above-average cleansing power). The amount of shampoo is also plenty, and there is little to no roughness or coarseness in the hair. Almost none. I didn't see any major noticeable effects, but there were no downsides (no pimples, no scalp damage) when using it, so I think it's about average.

The lather doesn't come out much. There didn't seem to be any particular inconvenience while using it.

My scalp had pimples and was itchy, so I kept changing shampoos, but after using this one, it immediately got better. After that, I was able to use any regular scalp shampoo without any issues. Recently, my family's scalp type changed, and I used something that didn't suit me, so my scalp became itchy and had pimples again, so I repurchased this. But the dramatic effect is not there like before, and these days, I sometimes still get pimples even when using this. However, it's hard to find a shampoo that calms my scalp and doesn't cause any trouble as much as this one, so I've been using a few bottles of it.

It's disappointing that even though I have an oily scalp, I feel dryness when using it in the winter. And it's a cool shampoo, so after washing my hair, it gives a refreshing and cool feeling, which is an advantage, but I'm worried if it might be too stimulating. Since I'm not an expert, I'm not sure if the cool shampoo has any effect on the scalp or not.
