The reviews were good, and it was said to be safe for babies, so I trusted it and bought it. First impression of the product: It was good. It's non-comedogenic, but has oil ingredients, so it wasn't drying. It spread smoothly. When applied, my face did become a bit lighter, but it was more of a natural tone-up rather than a heavy whitening effect. Since my skin tone is not very dark to begin with, this level of brightening was satisfactory. Even though my skin is not very dry, I used to mix physical and chemical sunscreens because the physical ones alone would make my face feel dry and itchy. But with this product, I didn't experience any dryness after application.

During use, something went wrong with the storage, and the product started separating inside. At first, I thought water had gotten in, so I tried shaking it out, but the water-like substance kept oozing out, and the sunscreen came out like snail poop - chunky and messy. I tried shaking it to mix the oil-like substance back in, and even kneading the tube, but the separation just got worse. The once smooth texture disappeared, and I was left with the watery substance separate from the thick, greasy sunscreen. And it wasn't just oil separation - when I applied the thickened sunscreen, it felt overly oily on my skin, and I got teased for applying as much as a soccer player. Keeping it on my vanity became a hassle, as I had to bring it to the bathroom every time to use it due to the constant leakage.

It's great that it's gentle on baby skin and provides perfect physical protection from UV rays. The fragrance is also nice, and my baby didn't resist having it applied to their face. It's also good that the organic sunscreen doesn't contribute to coral reef bleaching, so it helps protect the environment too.

Hmm... I really can't think of any downsides to this product.

Using this together with the Fermier Papa Remover is just wonderful.
