Since no neutralization is needed, it's very convenient.. It's less irritating than cleansing water and has stronger cleansing power than cleansing milk⭐️
ConsWhile no neutralization is needed, if you completely skip it, the finish won't be completely clean! And the cleansing power for eye makeup is weak..!
