ConsIt's too solid and doesn't lather well. They say it melts when rubbed with your hands, but not at all...
TipBefore showering, put hot water in an empty black pot and add conditioner!! By the time you shampoo, it becomes a bit softer.

ConsI'm not sure if it's because my hair is short, but this product doesn't lather well and you have to rub it directly into your hair, which is extremely inconvenient. It also doesn't make my hair as soft as a regular squeeze-on conditioner.
TipThose with longer hair may find it less inconvenient.
