It seems to be a biodegradable soap that floats in water, as indicated on the packaging. I was able to easily purchase a pack of 10 at a large discount store, and each bar costs around 1,000 won, making it an affordable option for hand, foot, or body wash use. Although some reviews mentioned disliking the scent, as someone sensitive to smells, I found the mild laundry soap-like fragrance to be not overly bothersome.
