My skin feels so soft and smooth after cleansing. I used to have an oily T-zone in my 20s, but as I entered my 30s, my skin became combination with some dryness. As I've gotten older, my skin has become increasingly dry. After cleansing with the Puremay Velvet Cleanser, I do feel a slight tightness, but applying a moisturizer right after helps the hydration last longer. The cleansing power was a bit disappointing at first, but you really have to follow the instructions carefully. If you use even a little too much water, the cleansing power drops significantly. When used properly, it cleanses very well.

First of all, it's not very convenient to use. The formula is quite thin, and the tube-style packaging makes it easy to dispense too much product, wasting more than you actually use for cleansing. Even though I won this in a giveaway, I think the price is a bit steep for what it is. A pump-style packaging might work better. And the price... it's quite steep. This is a nice product, but I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay that much of my own money for it. It's like half the product gets wasted when you use it. Also, the instructions on the product don't seem to be specifically for using it as a cleanser. It's a minor thing, but for the price, I'd expect more attention to detail like that. Especially since the performance can vary so much depending on following the instructions properly.

Following the instructions closely is key. Use just a small amount of water to work it into a creamy lather. Since the formula is quite thin, be careful not to dispense too much and waste product.
