Although it appears matte, it doesn't make the skin feel stiff.
ConsIt was way too yellow and looked dark on my skin (I'm a 21-22 shade). And skin blemishes were very visible!!! There also seemed to be some unevenness in the texture. Oh, and the puff gets damaged quite easily~!
