It's a lotion-type product with a bit of weight to it, and when applied, it gives a nice, lightly occlusive feeling. I think it will work well for normal to dry, slightly oily skin types.
ConsIt feels a bit less substantial compared to the hospital product, and the moisturizing effect is not as robust. It has a slightly more watery consistency.

ConsPersonally, I find the cream packaging a bit inconvenient. I'd prefer if it was like a lotion that could be pressed down for use.
