When I happened to use it before, there weren't any particular downsides, but it wasn't anything special either, so I just used it for a short while and moved on to other products. But then a friend gave it to me as a gift, and I've been using it again recently, and it's still quite mild and gentle, so it's easy to apply! The scent is a bit strong, which is a bit of a burden, but it's close to unscented, which is good, and the texture is slightly watery. The absorption seems so-so? It seems about right. Even my family member with sensitive skin is satisfied with this lotion, so unless I find an even better product, I think I'll keep using it :)
