The main advantage is that the ingredients are gentle and suit me well, so I had no worries about breakouts! The texture is not thick and heavy, but spreads on smoothly like a moisturizer, so it's great to use as the final step in my skincare routine - it feels just like applying a moisturizer. It's also easy to apply on the neck and hands, and there's no white cast, so I'd highly recommend it as a hand cream as well. The scent is also nice. It's really easy to get breakouts from using the wrong sunscreen, but this one doesn't cause that, which is already praiseworthy.

It comes out powdery no matter what. When I apply it on a cold day and the tears that come out start to flow, the sunscreen also melts and drips down... Especially around the temples and where my hair touches the skin, a lot of powder seems to form, almost like dandruff. It seemed fine when I applied it to my neck, but I didn't even realize that the same powdery residue had formed on the back of my neck as well... It's horrifying. Even if I apply makeup an hour after putting it on, the sunscreen just keeps coming off. Even if I apply my foundation thinly, this sunscreen just pushes through and gets on my brush. It's really not good at all. I bought this because it's a moisturizing formula, thinking it would be great to apply before makeup. But no, no, no - it just makes it worse! Even when I apply it bare-faced, it just turns to powder... Around my eyes it flakes off, and it sticks to my eyelashes too. When I go out wearing this product, I feel a bit embarrassed. Is there no sunscreen I can use before applying makeup? I'm becoming a nomad at this point... It's great for just slapping on, I think it would be fine for indoor use as a sunscreen, and not bad for when I'm just going to the library to study on my own (though I do remember being distracted by the sunscreen powder on the person next to me at the library). Am I just applying it wrong? I've been using sunscreen since I was in kindergarten, but I've never had this issue with any of the other sunscreens I've used. Tomorrow, I'll try applying it even more thinly and densely.
