This is my absolute favorite moisturizing cream that I have repurchased many times! When applied before using a moisturizer, it leaves my skin feeling so refreshing and hydrated! The ingredients are very clean, and even though I have problematic skin, there is absolutely no irritation!

There are no shortcomings whatsoever! The Hwahae Trial Reviewers seem to think the product would be great for those with troublesome skin.

My skin type is usually sensitive and at times I've even experienced seborrheic dermatitis, and when I apply thick creams, my skin ends up getting worse. However, the Tori or Soothing Cream has a lightweight gel formula that still provides a moisturizing feel, which I really liked. Especially since I was able to purchase the tube type on the Hwahae shopping platform, it's been convenient to use and I don't have to worry about contamination as much as the jar type, so I'm quite satisfied with it.

At first, it felt like my skin was well-hydrated and suited the product. However, after using it for a few days, I started to feel like my pores were getting clogged, and I developed redness and swelling on my forehead, which turned out to be folliculitis. I had to stop using it. I'm not sure what ingredient didn't agree with me, but it's disappointing.
