The scent of the lime is subtle and uplifting. It's very similar to the lime flavor of Chupa Chups. There are a few subtle sparkles in it, so it's not just plain and looks pretty. Of course, you can't see the sparkles when it's applied on the lips!! The packaging also seems very pretty.

It's not as soft as a typical lip balm and is very hard. It doesn't melt well with body temperature, and the amount is too small to spread with your fingernail.. Even after rubbing it on diligently, it doesn't feel like it's actually being applied. And the price is too high compared to the amount. For regular lip balm, Burt's Bees is the best, and for lip masks, Laneige is the top choice.

First of all, it's great that Lush cares so much about animal welfare and the environment! The fragrance is nice, the packaging is to my liking, and when I apply it before bed, it leaves my skin well-moisturized.

But since it's eco-friendly, the shelf life does seem a bit short, and it tends to harden quickly over time. As it's a product that needs to be melted by hand, I'm a bit concerned about the hygiene aspect.
