It feels soft when applied to the face. After rinsing it off, there is a refreshing sense of hydration that I really enjoyed.
ConsIt gets greasy pretty quickly after a few rolls, you know? Then you can just roll it after wetting it a little, but I'm not sure if that really removes the foundation well. Light BB creams or sunscreens seem to come off easily though.
