While ingredients may not be visible or tangible, I believe they are the most important part. I haven't experienced any skin issues or dryness while using this product. * Fragrance: It's fragrance-free. I prefer fragrance-free products for my child, so I'm satisfied with this. * Texture: It's not overly thin. It has a slightly viscous skin-like texture. I pump a small amount onto my hand, add a bit of water, and mix it together to use. * Cleansing Power: The cleansing power seems similar to regular body wash products. If a product has good ingredients and comparable cleansing power, I think it's better to use the one with the better ingredients. My child's skin doesn't feel overly dry after showering with this.
