But this time, I tried a shampoo that not only helps with hair loss but also eliminates the vertex odor! At first, when I used it for the first time, it had a slight bleach-like smell, so I didn't think much of it. But it wasn't overly bothersome. My hair does feel a bit stiff. But if it can cover my oily scalp and hair loss, I'm more than willing to deal with that! I can't strongly recommend it for oily scalp and hair loss, but it does produce a lot of lather and definitely reduces the vertex odor, which is great ๐

So I tried various shampoos and was recommended to use the Dr. Groot shampoo. The formula has a real mud pack-like feel. It has a somewhat runny consistency and produces a good amount of lather. The scent is a subtle floral one, and it seems to linger even after rinsing the hair. My daughter is the primary user, and since using this shampoo, the odor on the crown of her head has been significantly reduced, dandruff has subsided, and the matting issue has improved. I understand why people with oily scalps are loyal to this shampoo. Out of curiosity, I tried it myself, and it left my scalp feeling refreshed, which I liked. However, I did experience a slight stiffness, so I definitely need to use a conditioner as well. This may be due to my already problematic hair texture, so individual experiences may vary. In conclusion, this shampoo is highly recommended for oily scalps.
