This product has a pleasant aroma. I've been using it continuously since its release, but I'm very disappointed that it's withdrawing from the Korean market... I hope it will return someday.

The only real downside is that there truly is none - it is the best among mild cleansers.

As someone with sensitive combination skin prone to redness, using alkaline products would make my skin feel too squeaky clean and dry, causing irritation. Acidic products were better than alkaline ones, but the acidic cleanser I used previously had a strong cleansing power, leaving my skin slightly stinging and itchy after use. I heard that water cleansing is good for very sensitive skin, so I tried it for 2 weeks, but it didn't feel thorough enough, leaving an unpleasant residue. After reviewing various products, I discovered the Crave Beauty cleanser, which is a mild acidic gel formula. I've been using it for about a month now, and it gently cleanses my skin without any irritation or breakouts. I apply it with lukewarm water, work it into a light lather, and massage it onto my face for 1-2 minutes before rinsing. It leaves my skin feeling soft and clean, but not stripped. Unless an even gentler product comes along, I plan to continue using this one. Personally, I also really like the light green packaging, which suits my style.

The cleansing is so gentle that I'm not sure if it's thoroughly removing all impurities, but it's better than just water cleansing, and I trust it. I also wish the product came in a larger size, as I use it daily.
