After shampooing once, rinsing, lathering a second time, and letting it sit, there is a refreshing tingling sensation on the scalp when rinsed.

While there is one cautionary ingredient, the overall ingredients seem relatively good. The watery formula makes it easy to create a rich lather, and the abundant foam thoroughly cleanses my hair. I've only used the shampoo on its own, and it doesn't leave my hair feeling overly stiff, which is nice.

When I first used it, my scalp didn't feel refreshed, and I had a sense that the scalp oil wasn't fully washed away. But after continued use, that feeling has gone away.
