I was someone who didn't use any basic skincare products at drugstore brands like Missha, The Face Shop, or Innisfree. But when I went on a trip, I didn't bring any basic skincare with me, and I noticed a The Face Shop nearby, so I went in. When I was looking for a firming cream, the staff recommended this one, and after using it, my skin condition was so much better the next day! I used this product along with the ampoule from the same line, and my skin looked absolutely radiant. It was really impressive. It's moisturizing and seems to control oil and moisture well. I didn't have any breakouts or milia after using this, and there was no skin irritation (I have acne-prone skin). I usually just use pads to prep my skin first, and I don't really use lightweight ampoules or creams since I have dehydrated skin. I prefer more moisturizing ampoules and creams that balance oil and moisture well. But this product was just perfect for me.

There's really nothing I'm dissatisfied with. I'm very satisfied with this product.

The formula doesn't flow down too quickly, so it's easy to scoop out onto the back of my hand and apply. If you keep rolling it, the absorption is quite good, and you can really feel the moisturizing effect as soon as you apply it. It seems suitable for combination skin, and the size of the product is quite generous.

The formula is quite firm, so it's difficult to scoop out without a spatula. The spatula handle is heavy, so it tends to fall off wherever you place it, so you have to be very careful in setting it down.
