The Cream Matte Rouge from Blackrouse is a bit more moisturizing than this Matte Tint. That's why the formula applies more comfortably on the lips. There's no emphasis on flaky skin, and I'd recommend this line to those who usually find matte tints too drying.

The pigmentation is not very strong. And on my skin, the color comes across a bit more saturated than the online swatch. I think I'll have to mix it with other shades rather than wear it alone.

For reference, I was color matched as a 23-24 Autumn Warm Deep.

It's a daily color that can be worn daily without being affected by the season. The texture is a slightly more dense velvet-like formula than the typical velvet tint, with a subtle density when applied. The adhesion seems to have improved slightly compared to Season 8, so when blended with the fingertips, it creates a blurred expression while adhering well, though not completely stuck on. The staining remains light, but it doesn't become messy and uneven, so it looks clean when reapplied. The case is no longer the slightly tacky, sparkling case of previous seasons, but a matte, simple yet slightly elongated case that feels fitting for fall and winter. The scent is like caramel popcorn with a hint of sweet syrup, a rich yet sweet aroma. The scent strength is not overpowering, which I personally find pleasant.

While it's a color that can be worn throughout the seasons, it would have been better if the color payoff was as deep as the official website's version. The case update and improved adhesion compared to Season 8 are nice, but the color payoff is a bit lighter than the official website, which is a bit disappointing. Personally, I'd like the applicator tip to be improved. Even though my lips are not very thick, the amount of tint that comes out when I pull out the tip is quite a lot, so I have to be careful with the application. I think those with thicker lips might find that it applies too much in one go.
