I have a rather dry skin type with some lack of moisture, but I don't tend to break out much. The absorption is not too bad, and it does provide some hydration, but it's not quite ㅠ.ㅠ for me.
ConsPersonally, I don't want to recommend this toner to people with sensitive skin. My skin isn't particularly sensitive, but every time I use this toner, my skin feels hot and irritated. Of course, everyone's skin is different, but it seems there are some ingredients in this toner that just don't agree with my skin.
