There's also zinc, and it seems to have a synergistic effect that activates the probiotic action.
ConsI was obsessed with probiotics for a while and bought this. Of course, it has the beneficial effect of promoting intestinal motility. But I can't help but feel I wasted money by consuming fructooligosaccharides.

ConsI didn't really feel any effects from it. I don't think it worked well for me.
