Size I ordered this after my tonsil surgery, when I had difficulty swallowing pills. The capsules are much smaller than regular lutein supplements, so I can take them without any discomfort in my throat. Even now that I can swallow pills more easily, I'm still taking these because they're so easy to consume. 🌸 2. Packaging Instead of being in a single bottle, the capsules are individually wrapped, which is convenient. When they're in a bottle, it's annoying to have to take out just one at a time, but with the individual packs, I can neatly consume one at a time.
Cons1. Effect Although I'm not particularly prone to eye problems, I've been taking it consistently since my LASIK surgery, but to be honest, I'm not sure about the effects.
