After taking it, I feel less fatigued, and I think continuing to take it will lead to even better effects. It's convenient that I can take milk thistle and vitamins together in just one pill. I can take care of both liver and gut health at the same time.
ConsThe packaging seems excessive compared to the number of pills inside. The pills are quite large, making them difficult to swallow. I'm not sure if it really helped with gut health.
