I usually try to take vitamin D consistently, and I've been taking it for about 2 weeks now. It's convenient to take 1 capsule per day, and I liked that it's a vegetable capsule without gelatin. The Skinny Lab capsules are very small, so there's no burden when taking them and they go down easily. Without much sun exposure, I really need vitamin D for my mood, bone formation, and osteoporosis, so this is perfect for me. I'm not sure if I've seen major effects from taking it consistently, but the cost-effectiveness is great.^^
ConsHalf of the product is just the 'Skinny Lab Vitamin' label, and half is packaging, so there's more waste.
