  <Phytotix Catechin+> It's affordable and doesn't burden me. The capsules are on the smaller side, so swallowing them is quite comfortable. Large capsules can be difficult to swallow, making it hard to take them regularly, but this product is fine. The catechin content is 800mg, which is higher than many other catechin supplements, so that's great!

  Still, I think it would have been better if the catechin content was a bit higher. Unlike other supplements, I don't take this one daily, but only when needed, so I wish it had a stronger effect. Around 1000mg would have been ideal. 800mg is already on the higher side, but I'm just being greedy. The capsule color is a bit of a concern, as the deep purple is a bit intimidating before taking it.
