Pros
You can use 1:1 customized counseling by entering the serial number~ Expert-guided weight loss is so much better than doing it alone. It's no fun and you just don't have the motivation when you're by yourself. Learning and understanding your own body is the right way to go (after getting personal training). Isn't this a huge advantage?
