This is more like a jelly than a real diet pill, but I thought it would be effective. Surprisingly, I feel like my weight has been maintained without even realizing it. I ate a lot, but I didn't gain weight and it feels like my body weight has been maintained. Later, I realized that after eating it, I was able to get up and move around right away. It's great that I can have smooth bowel movements when I eat it in the morning.

It's too delicious, so I keep eating it.. For me, it's a bit too sweet, which is a shame.
