Compared to dermatological prescriptions, it has no irritation or side effects. There are reviews saying it causes hair loss, but I didn't experience that at all. It was effective for my excessive facial and scalp sebum, so my hair wasn't as greasy during the summer.

Since I've been taking it for a long time, my acne has definitely decreased.
ConsEveryone may have different experiences, but I certainly felt that while my acne decreased, my sebum production also decreased significantly, leading to much drier skin.
TipIf you're not polar, I'd recommend stopping taking it during the winter and resuming when the weather gets warmer.
