The cleansing power is very good, but when I just shampoo, it becomes stiff and broom-like, so a treatment is essential. The formula is like a white cream that lathers well when mixed with water. I like this type better than a watery or runny formula. It seems to be suitable for soft, virgin hair or oily scalp types. By the way, when I use the shampoo, my hair doesn't fall out at all, which is what I wanted.
ConsThere were no troubles, but after use, the hair felt somewhat stiff, which was disappointing for severely damaged hair from dyeing or perming. The product seems to contain fragrance, and if even a little bit of foam gets in the eyes during use, it is extremely painful.
